There are tons of ways to pamper, even if you only have 5 minutes. Check out our favorite ways to relax when we’re short on time but seriously need to unwind:

Do Yoga

We’re not talking complicated pretzel moves that are hard to get into and impossible to get out of! Try this easy pose perfect for every body:

Savasana (Corpse Pose): Lay on your back, feet hip-distance apart, arms spread out to your sides with palms facing upward. For added support, place a pillow beneath your head, knees, or lower back. Take 10 deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Bonus: Glide The Purifier™ Skin Stick over pulse points; its eucalyptus and tea tree essential oils help ground and balance.

Give Yourself a Hand Massage

Nothing beats a massage, and hands are one of the few places on your body where it’s super easy to DIY. Just grab your favorite Big Fat Yummy™ Hand Crème (bonus: you get aromatherapy benefits, too) and work a dime-sized amount over fingers and wrists. For a little added reflexology, apply pressure to each hand on the soft area between your thumb and pointer finger. Aside from being super relaxing, massage helps increase blood flow—essential to healthy looking skin and nails.

Get Outside

Nature helps us feel inspired, provides a sense of connectivity with the world around us, and speaks to your inner kid at heart. Plus, studies show that listening to nature helps the brain focus outward, reducing anxiety and increasing relaxation. Can’t get outside? Try gazing out a window for 5 minutes (natural light helps regulate sleep patterns for a better night’s rest), listening to nature sounds, like ocean waves or a thunderstorm on your headphones, or add botanical-packed Never Grow Up™ Serum to your daily routine.

Brush Your Teeth & Wash Your Face

Usually reserved for first thing in the morning and right before bed, brushing your teeth and washing your face function like a reset button for your brain. So grab the toothpaste and a quarter-sized amount of BFF: Best Face Forever™ Exfoliating Face Wash (the invigorating grapefruit and peppermint essential oil blend is especially refreshing) to wash the stress away.

Chocolate

Dark chocolate, rich in antioxidants, has been scientifically proven to reduce levels of stress hormones like cortisol and boost your mood; grab a square—1 to 2 ounces daily—and indulge! Just remember, the darker the chocolate, the more beneficial it is. For topical antioxidant benefits, theobroma cacao—aka cocoa bean (the same ingredient in chocolate)—can be found in Brazilian Bombshell™ Body Butter.
